Josh Batt has been originating loans since 1994. He started out as an account manager with a retail finance company, and then worked his way up to sales manager, and branch manager. Josh Batt has held a mortgage broker's license since 1995.

For over fifteen years, he has personally handled all of his loans from inception to closing. Josh Batt will work one-on-one with the borrower and the underwriter to ensure the customer obtains the right loan priced accordingly.
